Miller Milling Company’s state-of-the art facilities are equipped with technologically-advanced production lines and quality monitoring equipment by Buhler of Switzerland.  Buhler is widely recognized as a preeminent supplier of milling equipment and also provides the plants with fully automated control and mill management systems.  This technological edge allows us to supply our customers with consistent, high-quality durum and hard wheat at competitive prices.

Total North America capacity of 3,250,000 lbs. of flour per day.  We produce close to 20,000 trucks of flour annually.  Total wheat processing equals over 22 million bushels per year, more than 600,000 mt.
