Miller Milling Company’s West Coast plant and storage facility in Fresno, California, is strategically located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley growing region, and all of the wheat milled is grown locally.  Higher quality winter wheat varieties can be grown in California due to its climate and irrigation, which allows Miller Milling Company to offer its customers a higher protein, higher absorption winter wheat at a competitive price.  With 3.5 million bushels of storage, a large portion of the annual wheat grind is delivered at harvest, enabling Miller Milling Company to control the quality and deliver a consistent product throughout the year.
